Please make sure that you are aware of when you are rostered on and you have the required number of members to help during your allocated time slots.

Coaching Clinics at PHFC 

Padstow Hornets will be holding coaching sessions with our Premier League coach Sash Baskovski. These training sessions will be held on Thursday evenings commencing Thursday 9th May at 5.30pm on Stuart Street field 1.

The sessions will be run by Sash to help both the coaches and players in your teams.

The first 2 weeks will involve the coaches (managers that assist in coaching are welcome) so that Sash can run through training routines that the coaches can take back to their own teams training. These will be followed by sessions for the players where for 3 weeks Sash will work with your backs, mid field and forwards.

Please consider attending these sessions.

The schedule is:

Thursday 9th May - coach the coach.

Thursday 16th May - coach the coach.

Thursday 23rd May - backs (players)

Thursday 30th May - mid fielders (players)

Thursday 6th June - forwards (players)

Thursday 13th June - coach the coach review of your progress

Thursday 20th June - coach the coach review of your progress

Please note that these sessions are free. Also there is no certification afterwards. The sessions are designed to assist you and your teams as Sash has coached for many years with representative teams, youth league & premier league etc.

Team sheets for the 2013 Season are now available online in our "Library" Menu Under "Team Sheets"

These are the 2013 Team sheets please use these for this season and disregard those given out last night at the C&M information night.

The NSW government has introduced a new ban on smoking in spectator areas of sports grounds or other recreational areas while organised sporting events are being held.

This ban came into effect on 7 January 2013.

Please refer to the information provided in the attached NO SMOKING FACT SHEET. Fines of up to $550 apply for breaches.

Most Councils have already installed signage at their Council venues, however as you can see from the attached factsheet, it is not necessary for signage to be erected for the ban to apply.

Stuart Street Reserve is a now a smoke free venue.
